We offer three tiers:

• Battle Ready (Tier I) — High-standard airbrush basecoats with tactical highlights, character shading, and unit-wide decals. Perfect for large deployments.
• Parade Standard (Tier II) — Studio standard for heroes. Includes volumetric lighting, primary OSL, tactical weathering, and extensive edge definition.
• Display Level (Tier III) — The absolute pinnacle. Hyper-realistic details, competition-grade blending, unlimited freehands, and museum-grade storytelling bases.

Timelines depend on the size and tier of the project. Small units (5–10 models) at Battle Ready can be completed in 2–3 weeks, while large Display Level projects may take 8–12 weeks. We always confirm a delivery window before starting.

Yes — you ship your miniatures to us and we return them painted, based and varnished. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We recommend tracked, insured postage for all models.

Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders are dispatched via tracked courier. Delivery times and customs duties vary by destination country.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Commission services are non-refundable once painting has commenced.

We require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion before shipping. Payments are accepted via PayPal, bank transfer or Etsy checkout.
